Bed and Recreation Kennel Sponsorship (BARKS) Program

Are you looking for a way to support the work and mission of Town and Country Animal Rescue on an ongoing basis? Do you want to be involved in the next level of support? We believe the BARKS program is for you, your family, or organization.

By committing to donate $75.00/month for a minimum of 1 year (longer is always a great option!), you can make a significant impact. This commitment can be fulfilled monthly, quarterly, or annually upon enrollment.

What to Expect When You Join the BARKS Partnership with Town and Country Animal Rescue:

1. Kennel Furnishings: Your donation helps fill a kennel with furnishings tailored to the specific needs of the dog resident, including a comfy bed, warm blankets, enrichment toys, and healthy food.
2. Kennel Makeover: You can choose a new color for the kennel you sponsor from our ‘animal-approved’ palette. The kennel will be painted in relaxing colors.
3. Sponsorship Plaque: Your sponsored kennel will have a plaque recognizing your sponsorship. You can use your name, a loved one's name, or your business name. Recognition will also be included in our newsletter updates.

Additionally, with a year-long (or beyond) investment, if you decide to adopt, you'll receive a discounted adoption fee on the animal of your choice.

As a card-carrying BARKS Program member, you can request periodic updates about the dog residing in your sponsored kennel, including information on how the dog is doing and when it finds its forever home. Alternatively, you can choose to receive quarterly updates that include details on the adoption of the resident in your kennel and when your kennel receives a new rescue dog! We welcome visits to the kennels but ask that you call ahead to ensure a great one-on-one visit with the resident in your sponsored kennel.

As a treasured BARKS Program member, you can rest assured that we are caring for the safety and well-being of the resident dog in your sponsored kennel. You are under no obligation to visit or provide day-to-day care; we’ll take care of all of that! Your generous donation helps us provide the best care for the kennel resident. The ongoing day-to-day care, healthcare, and upkeep of the kennel are the sole responsibilities of Town and Country Animal Rescue Management, designated staff, and Board of Directors.
