About our Boarding Service
We offer one or multi-night stays in our kennel facilities for both large dogs, small dogs and cats, at an affordable rate. We know your pet is family, which is why we ensure they receive the utmost care and attention they deserve.
- We ensure your pet enjoys daily exercise with 2-4 walks or play yard sessions.
- Our spacious play yard is partially shaded with mature trees. Your pet will enjoy supervised playtime where they can safely get those zoomies out.
- Your pet will be the fed food the love from home. Kindly supply sufficient food for your pet's entire visit, plus a little extra to account for any unforeseen circumstances.
- We have separate facilities for big dogs, small dogs and cats.
- Our big dog facility has indoor/outdoor runs so your pet can safely enjoy access to outside at their discretion.
- Should your pet require medication, we're equipped to administer it, excluding injections or IV treatments.
- Early pet pickups are permitted, though a fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining reservation will apply. Additionally, a $10.00 late fee will be charged for pets not collected on the agreed-upon day unless prior arrangements have been made.

Please Read Prior to Submitting a Request for Boarding
- Reservations must be submitted AT LEAST two (2) business days prior to the drop off date. If it is an emergency situation, call the boarding manager at (402) 452-6034 or email [email protected] PRIOR to coming to the shelter. We will handle emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
- You must receive a CONFIRMATION from us within three (3) BUSINESS DAYS of submission or you will need to call the boarding manager to confirm we have space. If you do not call, and you do NOT receive an email confirmation, you do NOT have a confirmed booking. You will receive two emails: an acknowledgement of your submission (that is NOT the confirmation) and a confirmation that will be a detailed invoice for the boarding and any services such as baths or nail trims that you selected
- Pick up and drop off weekdays from 12-4:30 PM and weekends from 2-4 PM. CLOSED HOLIDAYS. If you require a drop off or pick up time outside of these provided times, you must communicate with the Boarding Manager to see if we can accommodate your request.
- Need to drop your pet off outside of regular boarding hours? No problem! We are now allowing pet parents to drop off EARLY, between 9am-12 pm Please note: There is a $10 fee added onto the booking for early drop off. All early drop offs MUST be approved beforehand.
- Persons who have a confirmed booking and NO SHOW more than once, MAY BE DENIED service in the future. Please call the boarding manager to cancel if your plans change.
- While your pets are in boarding, if you need to shorten or extend your stay, please call or email the boarding manager.
- We are frequently fully booked during the summer and holiday periods and the more lead time you can provide, the more likely we can accommodate your pets. If you need to pick up your pets early, you will be charged 50% of the daily rate for the remaining days in the confirmed booking. If we can rebook the space, this charge will be deferred.
- Dogs and Cats over the age of 1 year MUST be altered. All dogs must be up to date on Rabies, DAPP & Bordetella vaccinations. All cats must be up to date on Rabies & FVRCP
